We are looking to hire an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - (1-4 years)

An ideal candidate would be entrepreneurial and passionate about new ideas and executing them fearlessly.

You will be part of CEO's office and have thrown new challenges, especially in the field of growth and your goal would be to come out with strategies and execute the same.

You will also collaborate with technology, marketing, sales and support to ensure maximum growth for the company.

Job Responsibility

 You will be a part of the central team that works directly with the founder/CEO on solving

interesting and large-impact problems across the organization.

 Independently managing projects and programs within the organization across various

products, Growth, partnerships and investor relations.

 Responsible for analysing, structuring and solving select business problems within various


 Work with the members of our Executive Team to drive key company level initiatives.

 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

 Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

 Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

 Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

 Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal
